The zpower.com.au web site accepts Visacard, Mastercard and Amex. You will be asked for your relevant details at the shopping cart. We offer the following payment methods:

Prices

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and include 10% Australian Goods and Services Tax. (GST). GST will be deducted for overseas customers. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are correct as at 17/07/00. We apologise for any discrepancies caused by typographical errors and reserve the right to correct them. We are not obligated to sell items at incorrectly marked or advertised prices. zpower.com.au aims to be price competitive so please feel free to inform us if our prices are not compatible with other markets. We ask that when comparing prices please take into consideration the cost of shipping and weak valuation of the Australian Dollar when converted into your local currency.

14 Day Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee

zpower.com.au offers you a limited 14 day satisfaction money back guarantee on most products purchased. Excluded from this offer are electrical items, videos, helmets and special orders. Should you wish to return any item for exchange or refund, you must return the item within 14 days of original invoice date. You are responsible for all shipping charges related to returns unless zpower.com.au is at fault We recommend you use a courier or Registered Post. We will not accept returns via COD. All items must be in original, undamaged / unopened packaging and contain all contents originally shipped. Please address all returns to Z Power Australia PO Box 1082 Wollongong. NSW. Australia. 2500. Please note refund value is for the item purchased only not freight, unless we have made an error in filling your order.

Please note that freight to and from zpower.com.au is to be paid for by the customer. This includes returns or exchanges unless an error has been made by zpower.com.au. Please see Freight section for further information.

zpower.com.au recommends you take out the optional insurance offered. Optional insurance is offered to Australian customers at the shopping cart at a cost of A$9.95 per shipment. Optional insurance is offered to International customers at the shopping cart at a cost of A$19.95 per shipment. In the unlikely event of your shipment being lost or damaged whilst in transit please contact us so we may process a claim and organise replacement items. Please note that we will have to establish, via our shipper, what has happened to the order prior to sending a replacement.

Australian customers will note that their shopping cart will show Goods and Services Tax inclusive. Overseas customers will notice that their shopping cart shows a discount on advertised prices. Most countries will charge a tax and or duty on any inbound goods. They also usually allow a tax and or duty free threshold on any inbound goods. We ask that you check with your relevant government department to find out if this applies to you.

We realise that when placing an order you are required to supply some personal information for the sake of delivery and billing details. zpower.com.au keeps this information in our database so that we are better equipped to serve you and keep you up to date with any new product or information we feel may be of interest. We do not pass this information onto a third party except for credit verification and shipping details.

Whilst it is our objective to hold all advertised items in stock we are not under obligation to do so. Additionally some products may be temporarily unavailable. We will inform you if we foresee a problem with your order.

zpower.com.au reserves the right to refuse service to a customer or country we feel puts us at high risk. We may ask that you supply further proof of credit card details such as faxing us a front and back copy of your credit card and drivers licence. We apologise if this may offend you but feel that this also protects our honest customers.

All our products are new fine quality items and carry the manufacturers warranty. zpower.com.au or employees or affiliates associated with Zpower.com.au will not be responsible for any damage or claims associated with the incorrect fittment or misuse of any product purchased. It is a condition of purchase from Zpower.com.au that you have read these terms and conditions and in doing so signify your acceptance of said conditions. We reserve the right to change, delete, modify, add or delete portions of these terms and conditions and recommend you check for any changes before each purchase.
