While most helmets simply meet the Australian 1698 safety standards the Arai helmets far exceed it. The Vector is available in an array of colours from basics to bold and sizes from XS-XXL. Please note not all are available in XXL. We have also included a fittment information to download as a PDF file. Sorry no returns or refunds on helmets.

Sizing
Using a dress makers measuring tape check the circumference across the forehead, above the ear and at the back of the head as illustrated. Allow some tolerance in case of very long or thick hair. If you prefer a tight fit, choose a tighter size, looser size if not. If uncertain, take the tighter size. Arai helmets can be made to measure by us thanks to the interchangeable cheek- and chin pieces in different thickness. Arai helmets can almost always be modified for a perfect fit. Cheek pieces are for instance available form 15 up to 35 mm thickness.

REMOVABLE/REPLACEABLE CHEEK PADS
Removable/Replaceable Cheek Pads - an advancement first brought to you by Arai - give you a more custom fit and comfort by allowing you to replace standard pads with optional sizes closer to your individual facial contour. (The Ear cups in open-face and MXC models offer the same benefits.)
BREATH GUARD
Removable breath guard helps reduce fogging by directing breath away from the visor.
REMOVABLE INTERIOR
Plush removable, washable interior with Dry-Cool liner material utilises micro water cells to improve moisture and heat transfer keeps the head dryer and cooler.
FFS
FFS Free Flow System - Combining new cheek pad design, redesigned neck roll, and extended pull-down chin spoiler helps reduce wind noise and increase the exhaust of hot air.
TD - STYLE 4-WAY VENTILATION SYSTEM
TD-Style 4-Way Ventilation System - Four vents (two front, two rear) move more cooling air throughout the interior and, more importantly, displace hot air. (The best way to cool a helmet interior is to pull more hot air out.)
CHIN SPOILER
Unique Pull-Down airflow chin spoiler further helps minimise wind noise.
BROW VENTILATION
Arai's unique Brow Vent Face shield Ventilation System gives you more cooling air in the upper face area with no holes in the critical forehead area of the shell or in the impact-absorbing liner material.

This simple De-Mist Lock face shield tab pushes forward to open the shield slightly to help clear fogging if needed.
SNELL and AS1698 (USA & Australian) CERTIFIED
All Arai Helmets meet or exceed Snell and D.O.T. standards (see inside back cover for Snell details). Note that the Snell Standard does not cover the Rockguard two-piece off-road helmets. In one-piece, full-face off-road models, the Standard covers the Chinbar for deflection only
