Precision Performance can now supply a range of stainless steel braided front brake hoses for your custom Harley Davidson requirements. All of our Precision Performance brake hoses use quality DOT approved clear coated stainless steel braid and fittings.

The complete hose is supplied with 12mm straight upper banjo fittings (PP31200) and 10mm (PP150) 35 degree lower banjo fittings. These are the most common sizes on current Harley Davidson models. The Banjo fittings are supplied loosely and simply screw onto the supplied brake hose using basic tools. Stainless steel banjo bolts (PP115/PP109) and crush washers are also supplied with the hose.

Hoses are purchased in set lengths measured in inches. The measurement is the length of the actual hose and does not take into consideration the extra length of the banjo fittings.

To order your hose simply take a measurement of the route from the master cylinder to the calliper. Its always best to allow a little extra length allowing for inaccuracy and suspension movement.

We can also supply front and rear brake hoses to custom needs such as specific adaptors and brake switch fittings, dual outlets, couplings, banjos etc.
