Returns Policy

We must be notified in advance for all returns. We cannot accept any returns without prior notification. Please email [email protected] or phone 0408 230 906 to arrange return.

We will accept returns for “change of mind” however goods must be in original packaging, unused, and sent at your shipping cost. We will not accept returns on “Special Order” items.  Cancelled  orders and returns will incur a 25% restocking fee.
