The following payments are also acceptable however you will have to contact us to arrange billing. Excluded from this offer are Safety Equipment, electrical items, and special orders. Should you wish to return any item for exchange or refund, you must return the item within 28 days of original invoice date. Each return must accompany a completed returns form which is supplied with each order. You are responsible for all shipping charges related to returns unless zpower.com.au is at fault. We recommend you use a courier or Registered Post. All items must be in original, undamaged/unopened packaging and contain all contents originally shipped. error in filling your order.

zpower.com.au recommends you take out the optional insurance offered. Optional insurance is offered to Australian customers at the shopping cart at a cost of A$5.00 per shipment. Optional insurance is offered to International customers at the shopping cart at a cost ofA$15.00 per shipment. In the unlikely event of your shipment being lost or damaged whilst in transit please contact us so we may process a claim and organise replacement items. Please note that we will have to establish, via our shipper, what has happened to the order prior to sending a replacement.
Taxes and Duties
Australian customers will note that their shopping cart will show Goods and Services Tax inclusive. Overseas customers will notice that their shopping cart shows an 11% discount on advertised prices. Most countries will charge a tax and or duty on any inbound goods. They also usually allow a tax and or duty free threshold on any inbound goods. We ask that you check with your relevant government department to find out if this applies to you.
We realise that when placing an order you are required to supply some personal information for the sake of delivery and billing details. power.com.au keeps this information in our database so that we are better equipped to serve you and keep you up to date with any new product or information we feel may be of interest. We do not pass this information onto a third party except for credit verification and shipping details.
Availability of stock/Backorders Whilst it is our objective to hold all advertised items in stock we are not under obligation to do so. Additionally some products may be temporarily unavailable. We will inform you if we foresee a problem with your order.
Fraudulent Payment/Right to refuse
zpower.com.au reserves the right to refuse service to a customer or country we feel puts us at high risk. We may ask that you supply further proof of credit card details such as faxing us a front and back copy of your credit card and drivers licence. We apologise if this may offend you but feel that this also protects our honest customers.
